Price: NZ1120 AU990 £500 €610 C$950 US$930
Crossing the Canterbury Plains, with the snow capped Southern Alps in the distance, we take in the sights across the glacier fed lakes of Tekapo and Pukaki. Driving through Mackenzie country via the mysterious Moreraki Boulders we reach Dunedin. Travelling south towards Te Anau and Milford Sound we enter Fiordland on a road that is known for its beauty and scenery. Queenstown enjoys one of the most scenic settings in the world and also status as the adventure capital of the world. Heading over to the rugged West Coast we take in the sights of Fox and Franz Glaciers. Continuing up the West Coast we spend time in Greymouth before wandering around the amazing limestone formations of Punakaiki known as Pancake Rocks. Abel Tasman National Park is New Zealand’s smallest National Park but its pristine coastline is speckled with secluded golden sand beaches, emerald bays and native forest. We now cross over the Cook Straight by ferry to Wellington.
