Agents Information
Once we get the Booking Form, we will send an invoice to the email address you have inserted. This invoice will have full Agent booking details; Overland NZ bank details for deposits and balance payments, Agent Commissions, and any Specials that can be rewarded etc etc. Our Overland NZ invoice is for you as the Agent. You will give your client their own Agency invoice.
Upon recieving a Booking Form, we also send an updated Dossier which is to passed onto the client.
Upon recieving Full Balance for the Tour, we send an updated invoice and a Travel Voucher for the client. If the client wishes to have another dossier sent, please let us know.
Overland NZ can book pre-tour accommodation for your passenger(s) if you wish. This is not commisionable as the passenger pays for this service upon arrival. If your passengers wish to stay somewhere other than our pre-departure hotel, please let us know the details. If there is a sudden change in departure plan or time, we need to be able to contact the passenger and let them know. Information regarding our pre-departure hotels is available on the DETAILS link on each Tour Page.
We do not book post-tour accommodation. This can be done en-route with the help of our Crew.
We do not book arrival or departure transfers. Details of these services are available on the DETAILS link on each Tour Page.
