From Queenstown - the adventure capital - we travel to the isolated West Coast, to  Pukekura then Fox and Franz Josef Glaciers, to view the amazing moving masses of blue ice. Driving up the rugged West Coast we take in Pancake Rocks and Punakaiki before reaching Abel Tasman National Park, which you can explore by foot, boat or kayak. After a stop in artistic Nelson, we cross over the Cook Straight by ferry to New Zealand’s capital, Wellington.  We then head North West to visit  Pipiriki, the Whanganui River, Rangitikei and National Park before entering into the lush farming region of the Waikato, where we go underground in some of Waitomo’s 45 km network of limestone caves.  We have one last free camp stop before we travel to Auckland where your tour ends.
