21 Days         Auckland to Wellington
Price:            NZ$2350  AU1840  £1110  €1225  C$1765  US$1645

Departing Auckland our first stop is at the beach town of Hahei where you can visit the famous Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach. We then spend time in Rotorua, learning about the history and culture of the Maori people and also visiting some of the many mud pools and geysers in the region. From here we continue south via Taupo to Hawkes Bay, New Zealand’s oldest wine producing region where you can sample some fine NZ wines during a bike tour. Our last stop in the North Island is our vibrant capital, Wellington. We board our ferry for the South Island and drive west via the Marlborough wine regions to Kaikoura, home to the mighty sperm whale. We then cross the Canterbury plains stopping in Christchurch before continuing south via the stunning lakes of Tekapo and Pukaki to reach a remote farming station in the heart of Mackenzie country. From here the scenery changes dramatically as we head into the Southern Lakes and Fiordland regions to visit Milford Sound. Then it’s time for adrenalin junkies to jump out of planes, off bridges, and raft down rushing rivers as we arrive in Queenstown. We the drive up the West Coast past  Pukekura, Fox and Franz Josef Glaciers and Punakaikei - Pancake Rocks to Abel Tasman National Park. After a stop in Nelson we ferry back into the North Island where your tour ends in Wellington.
