Local Payment - What is it?
At Overland NZ we tell you up front what is included and what is not not included on our tours so
there are no hidden surprises for you along the way. We have designed a virtually all
inclusive Tour Price combined with a Local Payment System. The Local Payment is part of your overall Tour Cost and is paid directly to your crew upon arrival/meeting in New Zealand. Paying this money locally ensures your crew have a ready supply of cash to pay to our Accommodation suppliers and for any other daily incidentals along the way. Your crew will manage this money - and be responsible for it - for the duration of the tour; and yes, it all does have to be accounted for at the end of each trip.
The Local Tour Payment covers all your accommodation
(camping, hotel and farm stay as per itinerary) and some food costs whilst on
tour. It is to be paid in NZD$ only - no cheques, Credit Cards or Travellers Cheques. Local Tour
Payment is compulsory and is non refundable.
